The Recharge is a focused 30 minute distance energy healing session. No reading, no agenda. Just pure energetic clearing. Stagnant energy, stress, other people's energy, emotional residue, all of it cleared so you can move forward feeling grounded, lighter, and more like yourself again.

This session is for you if you are feeling drained, flat, or overwhelmed and simply need an energetic reset.

What to expect: Sessions are held remotely at a scheduled time. Find somewhere comfortable, lie down if you can, and allow yourself to receive. A brief note on what came through will be sent after your session.

Distance sessions are available Tuesday to Friday between 9.30 and 11.30am, with some evening availability from 8pm. Get in touch and we will find a time that works for you.
